What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. They are used, for example, so the page loads faster next time or to understand which content is most viewed.
Which cookies we use
- Technical: necessary for the site to work (session, language preferences, cache). Without them the site does not operate correctly.
- Analytics: they let us know how many people visit the site, where they come from and which pages they read. The data is processed in aggregate form.
- Third party: when playing videos hosted on Vimeo or YouTube, or when using maps and social media buttons, those services may set their own cookies, subject to their policies.
How to disable them
You can block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Bear in mind that if you disable technical cookies, some site features may stop working properly.
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies.
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy.
- Firefox: Preferences → Privacy and security.
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
